　　1、propose的基本意思是“提议,建议”,多指在讨论或争辩中提出明确

　　的意见或建议,强调要求对方予以考虑或同意。引申可表示“打算,计划(做某事)”。可用作及

　　物动词,也可用作不及物动词。用作及物动词时,可接名词、代词、动名词、动词不定式或从句

　　作宾语。后接从句时,从句要用虚拟语气。
